Welcome and respect!

We had a wonderful experience during our stay, the environment was welcoming and respectful, and we felt completely at ease. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and immediately felt that this was a place where we were truly accepted as a couple. The staff were extremely attentive and respectful, which helped us feel completely at ease. Additionally, the welcoming and inclusive atmosphere allowed us to relax and fully enjoy our stay. I recommend this place to any LGBT couple looking for a hospitable and welcoming experience!

Best guesthouse in Ubatuba

We have stayed at the inn for years and have always loved it, but this last time was the best experience we had. We noticed that they are always willing to improve. We were very well received by Mr. Paulo, the breakfast was delicious and thoughtful, the accommodation was always clean and the room was cozy. The location alone is worth it, very close to the beach. Excellent value for money. I always recommend Pousada Madu to everyone. Excited to go back!!

Calm place, very organized and clean. The staff are always very polite and the coffee is of incredible quality! Very close to the beach, which is very good by the way. The accommodations are exactly like the photos and the structure is impeccable.

Final de semana Pousada Madu

Pousads simples, alguns quartos possuem uma mini cozinha.
Estabelecimento oferece roupa de cama e banho.
Cafe da manha inicia as 8h e finaliza as 10h (poderia iniciar mais cedo)
Piscina
Estacionamento fica na frente da pousada (externo sem cobertura ou oortao)
Não oferece cadeiras para praia
Localização é próxima a praia da Lagoinha, porém não fica perto de estruturas de quiosques
Recepção não fica o tempo todo no local, mas você pode contata-los pelo telefone caso precise
Vizinhança com muitos cachorros
Chuveiro é bem fraquinho

NÃO RECOMENDO PARA O PÚBLICO LGBTQIA+

Não recomendo, o anúncio diz 300 m da praia, mas são 580m , pra mim que tenho um problema de saúde faz diferença, e eu confirmei por telefone antes da reserva, quarto quente, ventilador de teto insuficiente, o estacionamento é na rua, a internet. é péssima, a TV pega 4 canais, e o Sr PAULO quando percebeu se tratar de um casal de 2 MULHERES ,nos tratou aos gritos , durante o café,nos humilhou na frente dos outros hóspedes, uma vergonha, o hotel hurbano, por sua vez se eximiu .
