I was more than two weeks in this amazing pousada pouso abare. The location is very central close to the beach and everything what you need (Restaurants, shops, supermarket ...). Its very clean there with good wifi and an amazing breakfast including very good pao de queijo and tapioca. Gustavo & Douglas were very helpful with recommendations about nice beaches, Cafés and more. Both speak very good english.

We pay just over 100 USD per night, horrible, dark rooms (attached photos) (December/January 2025)
Noisy air conditioning, only changed when finished breaking.
Toilet of the fourth house 3 days!!!, change of towels the same shampoo toilet paper etc etc
Undoubtedly the worst price-quality inn in the whole region of ubatuba.
The only good thing is the breakfast and the treatment of the hotel staff.
There are thousands of better options. My recommendation is don't come here.

Sinto que tenha tido uma experiência negativa em nossa pousada.
O serviço de quarto é oferecido a cada 3 dias, de fato, como praxe em muitos estabelecimentos similares, ou quando solicitado pelo cliente. Estamos sempre atentos a boas práticas no uso dos materiais e de recursos como água e energia.
Quanto ao ar condicionado, sabemos que são aparelhos mais antigos, mas recebem manutenção preventiva anualmente... Ainda assim não estamos isentos de imprevistos...
No dia em que reportou o problema (31/12 às 20hs), não tínhamos disponibilidade para trocá-lo de quarto... Ainda assim, fui pessoalmente até a pousada testar os aparelhos reservas que tínhamos, e recebi de você a orientação para fazer o reparo no dia seguinte (quando então conseguimos trocar o aparelho por um em funcionamento adequado). Sentimos muito por isso.
O preço, dentro dessa equação, é mais influenciado pelo período de viagem (ano novo, o feriado mais movimentado da cidade), do que pelo posicionamento da pousada.
Importante destacar que apesar do problema real com seu aparelho de ar condicionado, fizemos tudo o que estava em nosso alcance para resolver ou minimizar o problema.
Da mesma forma, quando você precisou de uma forma de pagamento desde seu país de origem, para economizar taxas, nós nos desdobramos para conseguir... Quando chegou à cidade depois de quase 10h de ônibus, fui pessoalmente busca-lo na rodovia, antes do onibus chegar na rodoviária, para atenuar o impacto dessa viagem tão desgastante, além de apresentar todas as possibilidades que Ubatuba poderia oferecer.
Entendo sua frustração! Talvez pudéssemos ter atenuado melhor o problema se tivesse reportado o problema mais cedo.
De toda sorte, quem sabe um dia você passe novamente por aqui, e possamos prover uma nova experiência em nosso estabelecimento.

Best hostel in the best place of ubatuba
Wonderful accommodation! Perfect location, we did all the night walks on foot (orla, restaurants, shopping, giant wheel). And even if we were close to the tourist center the location favors the silence and tranquility at night! The owners were very polite in indicating boat trips with trusted people and whose boarding were near the guesthouse. Exceptional breakfast! All made with affection and very tasty! Immaculate cleanliness and smelly bedding!!!!! We will definitely return

Wonderful Guesthouse in Ubatuba
Pousada location Excellent, privileged location, service of the best quality, clean, cosy and very comfortable rooms, with bathroom with toiletries and dryer, and freegobar besides breakfast is amazing. I highly recommend and hope to return soon with my family!

Great cost x benefit!
The guesthouse is well located, a block from the beach, very close, in addition to being a good cost x benefit.
The rooms are clean and the staff was attentive at checkin, explained to us about the main sights.
And this beach of Ubatuba? What delight!
