Recomendo!

Não é um hotel nem uma pousada, não há serviço de quarto nem café da manhã. Porém nada disso atrapalhou nossa hospedagem. O atendimento do dono do local foi muito bom, está localizado no centro, sendo que utilizamos carro para visitar as praias de Ubatuba e não tivemos nenhum inconveniente em relação a segurança, apesar de que recomendo que coloquem um portão para restringir melhor o acesso aos carros, que ficam praticamente na calçada.
De resto, o quarto tem uma estrutura ótima, parece que os móveis são novos e bem cuidados, cama box, tv, ar condicionado e ventilador. Possui um ótimo custo-benefício.

Muito bom "ótima localização"

Lugar excelente, confortável, limpo, possui toda infra-estrutura necessária, chuveiro ótimo a localização é próximo ao centro, dando para ir a pé.
Proprietário simpático, forneceu dicas de onde ir e onde comer.

Muito bacana

A suíte é ótima, com tudo novinho, arrumado. Nada de cheiro de mofo.
Quem vai de carro tem como estacionar em frente a suíte, na calçada dela.
Tem toalhas e roupa de cama.
O Wilson é muito atencioso.
A localização pra mim foi boa, pois estava de carro.

Recomendadíssimo

Foi tudo muito bom, hospedagem, comunicação, a pousada aconchegante, e pertinho do mar. O proprietário Wilson nos recebeu muito bem, à todo momento entrando em contato com a gente para saber se estávamos precisando de algo, coisa muito rara de se ver ultimamente. Super recomendo!

Excelente hospedagem

Excelente hospedagem, quarto de tamanho bacana, frigobar grande e tudo em funcionamento, tudo super limpinho, quarto aconchegante, Wilson e sua mãe super solícitos e educados, preço mto bom recomendo a todos.
