Horrible and disorganized

My company made a reservation with advance payment, sent the proof of payment and at the time of my check-in questioned the payment. We presented the proof and I was assigned in a tiny room, no window and moffed. Since the reservation was for the standard room shown in the photos. As incredible as it seems to be the time to check out 24hs the other reception team questioned my payment and I went through new embarrassment at the reception. They didn't want to let me out until they solved the problem of paying for the stay, even if I had boarding hours. An absurdity, lack of organization and waste of accommodation. Be sure that you will not be assigned in a closet adapted for single room!!!

Horror show!

Horror show!
- Unquality food (hard meat, tasteless rice and overcooked);
- The poor quality of food extends to breakfast with dried and old cakes, dried and old biscuits;
- I was sold refrigerant with label of “forbidden sale” and expired;
- ⁠Room completely different from the advertised on Booking;
- ⁠The hotel is different from the one advertised on Booking;
- Dirty and axed room walls;
- Linen with excessive smell of sanitary water;
- ⁠ Bathroom with walls filled with slices in ceramics, the ceramic coating is releasing from the wall;
- ⁠ Shower water empty out of the box;
- ⁠ sanitary vase with internal dirt for use;
- Internet does not work and consequently the TV does not, because it is only by application;
- ⁠Damaged bathroom door, gets locked and closes and it is necessary to force both to open and to close;
- very tight parking and with poorly designed parking spaces;
- The reservation and the room are for a couple, but only provided a bath towel;
Hotel in poor structural conditions, old, in need of urgent reform, in addition to a high rate and should be considerably lowered, misleading advertising on Booking, note has to be lowered to no more than 3! Bad hotel!
