Excellent guest house in Urubici with spectacular attention from the owner

We stayed in Pousada Boutique Dom Pietro in Urubici for four days and the stay was excellent.
Guesthouse located in the centre of the city, close to great restaurants and shops.
Chale very well decorated, new and very comfortable. There is parking in every chalet.
Breakfast complete and very well done.
Everything was crowned with the friendly, helpful and very personalized service made by owner Mel.
We got very happy with choice
It's worth it!

FRUSTRANT.

If you don't mind replacing your garbage, arrange your bed and bedroom, make the replacement of your towels and replace the refrigerator found the right place. They claim that there is only cleaning and cleaning service in the low season. It would be funny if it weren't true. We arrived tired at the end of the day and had to go to the reception to get toilet paper, dry towels and garbage bags, water and that for four days. The furniture looks sophisticated, but it is well crafted and needs maintenance. Breakfast is very restricted, no replacement and were the same breads every day, only received prior heating. It's not a boutique hostel, nothing of a boutique.

SEEK OTHER LOCAL IF PRIORITY CLEANTH AND DETAILS

Hotel rating (which is called Boutique):
Below the pictures if anyone doubts.
I stayed for 4 nights and it was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. The hotel sells itself as a “boutique”, but is far from that.
There was no cleaning or cleaning of the rooms during the entire stay. Photo of the bed at 16:00 on the return from a walk.
Loose private lid, clogged sink, trash basket and falling towel holder. Look at the pictures.
Garbage and building materials scattered across the backyard, giving an appearance of abandonment. It's a picture that won't let me lie.
Electric bike parked in the breakfast area (!).
Refrigerator without replacement even of water.
Shameful breakfast: refined cheese bread and poor options.
They only picked up the toilet junk after the third night upon request.
There is no cleaning service as proves the print of the conversation.
Apparent TV wire with gambiarra air. Whoever invented the digital camera in the cell phone deserved the Nobel Prize.

Wall without trailer.
In summary: lack of hygiene, poor maintenance and total neglect with the guest. I do not recommend it in any way. If you value cleanliness, organization and respect, run away from this place.

Fantastic.

Very elegant place, comfortable, private only 6 suites, personalized service, by owner MEL, a sympathy, full breakfast and with a very personal touch. The decoration is an element apart, colonial details that surprises.. located in the center of the city, on the parallel avenue, private vacancies for each suite... super indicative for those who really want to spend quiet moments.. everything super new with a lot of hygiene.. affection in every detail.. we will return for sure and we will take the friends.. compatible and fair values...come to know!!!

A pleasant surprise.

was not very fan of hostels, were not good experiences until then even in well-rated hostels. But suspiciously I chose this one.
In the end, it was great.
New guesthouse, well taken care of, clean, with excellent care of Mel and her father.
Breakfast in accordance.
Well decorated and comfortable unit.
