Couple trip!

The hotel is well located, in front of the beach of Camburi, however this beach is not own for bathing, there are no tents.. I closed the site and got a price! When we got there, they charged another price, changed the category. I found unloyal..The employee Thiago is sought-after and kind...But due to this charge of higher value. I would not stay there again and do not recommend!!

Poor hygiene

Very disappointing experience at the Pier Victoria Hotel.
I booked a luxury room overlooking the sea, but at check-in, I was informed of an upgrade to a master suite. Unfortunately, what I found was far below expected.
When entering the room, the strong smell of mold and old environment was evident. The windows do not open, leaving the room bloated and without proper ventilation. The situation worsened at bedtime: the bedding was filled with marks and clothes, giving the impression that it had not been changed since the last guest. I also found on the bed hair thread and something that seemed to be a fabric/dust insect, of those that appear on clothes, mattresses, curtains and wet places.
The most worrying is not exactly what insect it was, but the fact that it was in bed along with hair and signs of apparently unchanged bedding. This reinforces the lack of hygiene and proper cleaning of the room
Another problem was the shower box, which does not have a suitable drain for water flow. The water was accumulated, giving the feeling of being in an improvised bathtub during the bath.
As I was extremely tired and needed to wake up very early the next day, I was not willing to go down and complain at that time. I just removed the bug and hair and tried to rest, which turned out to be pretty uncomfortable.
A frustrating experience incompatible with the standard expected of a hotel that offers rooms rated as “suite master”.

I do not recommend. For the same price, there are much better hotels.

Small and old rooms. Roasted fridge bar and old bed with noise of springs. Parking with few places and tight. There are better options.

Not worth a visit

Pretty bad hotel. Dirty room with little lighting, loose sheets in the bed and bathrooms without bath towels. The reception service is also very poor. We picked up several bags without any help from the receptionist.

Oh, bad!

I had experience in three different rooms and it wasn't good. The hotel is visually new but the rooms are bad, very dirty and no ventilation, bathrooms without windows and the rooms do not open. The mattresses are also not good and the bedding is dirty. The parking lot is limited and often the car has to sleep on the street. Only the location is good! Disappointing.
