Excellence of Badi’ah Hotel
Had a very nice and comfy stay at Badi’ah hotel, just as what they promised - a free airport pickup from BWN int’l airport. We were greeted by their friendly staff during the night, despite of almost midnight arrival, staff was very welcoming. Took us no longer than 15 mins to reach hotel, check in was as easy as 1, 2 and 3. Room cards were given and we headed up to our rooms. We requested a connecting rooms as we stayed at two separate room, but the staff quickly managed this so we didnt have to be separated far from each other. We chose standard room but it felt like a deluxe or even higher as room size was excessively huge, every corner was spotless with sparkling clean. Shower equipment felt so premium as “grohe” brand was ready to welcome you onto the shower room. Hot water was the highlight, water pressure was so convenient considering our late arrival and we were trying to get to bed as soon as possible, it made us so relax. Bed was another thing, bed quality was best, rest assured you’d get up so fresh in the morning. Air conditioning was supported by Daikin brand which made you absolutely no worries at all about the cooling capability. If i were come to visit Bandar Seri Begawan, definitely this hotel would fit your every single expectations.

Terrible days
My stay at this hotel was terrible. It's extremely uncomfortable because the air conditioning system is so poorly designed, with five (!) air conditioner units located right under my windows. The noise was horrific morning and evening. One of the air conditioners was loud, making a metallic noise every 10 minutes.
When I asked to change my room, they refused. I asked to have one of the air conditioners fixed the next day or to change rooms again, but my request was ignored.
In short, if you're looking for a comfortable hotel, this isn't it. I spent three days living 10 centimeters away from an old, rattling refrigerator.

Airport Shuttle
We got the hotel booking as part of the flight package. Once we exited the airport, we came to the information desk and were met by 2 very friendly gentlemen. It was around 5 pm and some traffic, but we managed to get to the hotel within 15 minutes. Check-in was smooth. We were travelling as a family, so the connecting room was ideal. We didn't get a chance to sleep overnight as our connecting flight was on the same day. Overall a nice stopover and friendly staff.

Asked for a quiet room and they said yes it is. We had 5 AC machines outside the window so not quiet... towels smelled like sweat and bathroom had a smell too. Breakfast warm food was cold and not much anyway. Good things are walking distance to city , price and good restaurant next to lobby.

I like the hotel only once wasn't so pretty ... the Wi-Fi was bad. Sometimes I couldn't work. And the rooms not so bright. The stuff was very friendly. The breakfast was acceptable. There was something for everyone, but the melon was the most delicious. Good is also the swimming pool.
I also appreciated that there are two restaurants within the hotel: a simple restaurant offering good local cuisine, and a very refined Japanese restaurant catering to more discerning tastes. Hotel guests receive a 20% discount at the Japanese restaurant. I dined at the Japanese restaurant five times, and the food was delicious every time. On some days, making a reservation is recommended.
