Dirty and noisy place, friendly staff

I was supposed to spend 14 days of self quarantine here. Once I got into the hotel, I was welcomed by a helpful and friendly staff who tried their best to make me as comfortable as possible.
The room was extremely dirty and worn out. I am sure this is the dirties place I have ever stayed. Luckily, I managed to get a different hotel the day after, and spent the rest of my self quarantine there.

Average hotel in a great location

The hotel is bang average, you cant expect much from this one but its location is quite great.
You can find a big sundry shop just next door and its door even connected via Ayamku, a chicken fast food joint (KFC lookalike).
The room and bed is ok but the AC is not easy to control.
Getting here I think throughout Brunei you have to depend on car to get around.
BTW the hotel provides shuttle to the airport.

Time for a revamp

I’ve stayed in this hotel every time I visit Brunei in the past couple of years. It is great for its location. It is convenient to get to many areas. However, the hotel is in need of a major revamp. The toilets are old. And you can’t get wifi from the rooms.
This time, I’ve stay for 4 nights. I took out the extra pillow from the wardrobe and they were extremely dusty.
I probably will not stay in this hotel the next time I visit Brunei, unless they revamp it.

Rubbish hotwl

Worst hotel I have been to in my life. The service is shocking, they have lizards on the walls, their food is cold and disgusting, they are unable to provide you with additional services. Do not go here, it's a nightmare!

Would rate them higher if they had in-room wifi

When travelling on business, wifi is a must.
This hotel has no in-room wifi. And to get connected, you will need to ask the receptionist for a wifi password, then be in the lobby or be around the lobby area. In addition, the wifi access is granted for 24 hours only. Which can be a deal breaker especially when you come back late at night and discover that you have to go back down to the lobby to get a new password.
The hotel sits on top of a supermarket and right next to the lobby is a fried chicken outlet. Convenient for last minute shopping and food, but you do get a hint of fried chicken smell wafting in the air..my room was on the 1st floor.
Convenient hotel and location if you need to do something close by. Otherwise, there are other hotels and shops located over Brunei.
