Paradise

The hotel was excellent.The service was excellent.The managment was on very high level.The interesting thing for me was the library on the pool.
For me everything was perfect. Don't think just go there and enjoy!:)))

Great place for relax

AI is always +
++:
on a slope in the park
a quiet place away from the noise and discos
two rooms with air conditioning
large kitchen (can cook)
two bathrooms, shower unit
a large two-level swimming pool with water slides
great animation for all ages
good food + barbecue
live music during dinner
rich selection of desserts
plenty of snacks at the snack bar by the pool
free shuttle to the beach
a bit far from the sea (but with AI it is a + :) )

Awesome Bulgarian experience

We arrived there late night the staff was very helpful and friendly.The food was fresh every day and a huge selection to choose from,but the free "beer" was not stronger than the fresh mountain water.I had to go to the nearest shop to find some proper beer.The cleaning service was great.If you looking for a quiet and relaxing place,you are in a right place here.

Отвратительное место!

Доброго времени суток. Напишу все кратко. Заселяли в номера довольно долго. Номер в который нас заселили (фото 1-3) был просто ужасный: до ужаса грязно, пауки, пыль, плитка везде в плачевном состоянии, а в ванной просто промолчу.. После нескольких дней нас переселили в другой номер. Наша вторая по счету 'Вилла' была уже немного в лучшем состоянии (фото 4-7). В обоих номерах постель немного грязная, полотенца нормальные, имеются шампунь и мыло. Есть пыльный кондиционер,утюг. Появилась сразу аллергия на эту же пыль. Сервис просто ужас. Уборщицы не меняли постель две недели и убирали очень посредственно. Директрисе данного отеля абсолютно плевать на гостей 'Вилл'. В столовой "Restaurant Orhideya", еда местами не очень. Интернет нормальный только на рецепции, в некоторых номерах его вообще нет.
Если бы можно было поставить 0 звёзд, то я бы это сделала однозначно.
P.S: извиняюсь за малое количество фото.

bonjour arrivee par erreur dans cet hôtel inommable accueil plus que lugubre ; on demande où est la chambre on ou reponds la bas sans aide 700 m dans le noir pour trouver ça ! horrible des souris partout de la pisse de souris jamais vu cela
on a fait de rester jusqu'au petit déjeuner et tout a le même gout du papier mâché !
