GREEN LIFE HOTEL - EXCELLENCY (WELL DONE TO ALL STAFF)

This was an Amazing Holiday in Bansko especially in this Hotel. It was an Excellent stay. Great Staff in which I also have to mention: Georgi, Mitko, Toni. They were really nice and Professional. We felt Home ! Food was Excellent too including also the Breakfast. Keep it up and will definetely return !!

Unfriendly reception

I made booking try phone and even there wasn't specified that I wanted to stay 3 days
On second day they keep calling me on the phone. The receptionist (younger one) so rude approach if she is able she will kick you at any time now willing to assist. Th food on HB tasty dpa I good. Transport to gondola be carfull they drop you on one place and you have to reed the small letters that there is different pick up point to go back to hotel. No one will explain you that. We arrived by mistake 15 min earlier to openi g time of the restaurant for dinner and again you will almost get killed at the beginning. Later they calm down as I apologized. Overrool friendliness of staff very poor no all there are some willing to help but some as I mention they will kick you out just not to border them with any questions. Bot good value for the money. I think the mentality of the staff is same as it was in the 90th no matter they progress in EU hospitality is stuck in somw post Bulgarian Era.

bad owner behavior

something happened to me and I couldn't go and I asked for a refund they didn't accept it I told them at least if I can change the dates and they didn't answer my phone calls or messages to find a solution unacceptable behavior

I definitely recommend, but with small reservations.

Liked · Location, navigation - perfect.
Staff, accommodation - great.
Amenities, comfort - wonderful.
Service, care - on a level.
Food, drinks - delicious.
Additional extras - good.
Disliked · No air conditioning!
There are no cosmetic stands in the shower cabin + there is no shower head in the bathroom, and one small handset...
The door had gaps - one finger at the top and half at the bottom.

Everything's great except the restaurant.

It's a beautiful holiday. Spa, Swimming Pool, parking lot, clear area. Free bus to the gondola every 30 minutes. Forest and mountain views. Ski rental on site. One downside is the restaurant. Very inflexible management. One of our friends, because of allergies, asked permission to bring a dish from the bar and eat it with us at the table, ordering the rest at the restaurant. They absolutely forbade it. Our entire company (8 people) had to get up and leave. Then we found out that the bar and restaurant share the same owner.
