Great location and atmosphere!

Great location if you are going for a ski vacation. It is also near the centre. There are shuttle buses every 20 minutes to take you to the gondola station. I was surprised to see it is pet-friendly as not a lot of the hotels here are. The food was delicious with a great variety of different options.
The staff were amazing, very friendly service and always happy to assist you with your questions. The hotel has also a spa and a gym. Overall I recommend the hotel as its affordable and you receive a lot in return in terms of service, location and amenities!

VERY BAD CHOICE

Initially I waited for the check in 3 hours. In the reception there was chaos and misunderstanding. They gave room first to those who cried and grinned like.
Moderate hotel with expensive prices.
Bad service.
Almost impossible to agree with the staff!

Very rude staff

The hotel overall is very nice, very pretty, spacious and has a lot of activities for guests to do, it is also at a very nice location and every room has a beautiful view of the snowy mountains. It is kept quite unclean though, the housekeeping service is very poor, and the pillows and sheets were dirty. Me and my friends also found a moldy piece of bread at the buffet, and when I brought the piece of bread to the staff to show them, they grabbed it out of my hand and started telling me that that their food is very nice quality and that the mold hadn't come from them, they also told me that I look too young to be complaining, which I don't know why that would matter. Overall, the staff at the buffet where very rude and didn't help us at all. The food was repetitive and the pool was dirty. We had a very nice time at Bansko but the incident at the buffet really affected me and if I ever go back to Bulgaria I won't even pass outside Zara Hotel, very rude staff.

Excellent hotel

A couple of hours’ drive from Sofia in the very picturesque town of Bansko, the hotel has ample parking space and is vary easy to get to. 
Staff, more specifically reception, restaurant and servicing are very courteous and kind.
Having mentioned the restaur, the variety and quality of the served food items are well within and possibly exceeding its category. Well done!

WARNING, BIG SCAM!

WARNING Big scam! Fake description with clear lies!
1- There is no wellness included in the price!
2- no gym or fitness center just a small store room for two completely damaged machines!
3- the most important! Extremely bad tread, rude and arrogant supervisors and managers and if you try to look for your rights they’ll try to kick you on the street and 100% no refund! they even dared to call us to threaten us over the phone!
