Needs more work

I will list the Pro's and Con's of the Guest house:
Pro's:
-Close to the mineral waterpool
-Literally right next to the great restaurant Pirin
-Very close to the Center of the town
-Friendly owners
-
Con's:
-For the 8 days we stayed in someone came to clean the room's only once
-The pillows are too high and really uncomfortable (had neck pains the entire time) which forced me to make a makeshift pillow which was way more comfortable there were also no other pillows
-One of the bed's was broken on it's side.
-Pretty price if you think about the fact that the place doesn't even offer breakfast
-One of my biggest issues was that I have visited the house for 2 years by now and they still haven't fixed the bathrooms water pressure.The pressure is so low that you can barely wash yourself and the shower is really hard to figure out at the start where to turn the hot/cold water.
-Jacuzzi was covered and wasn't open even if the weather was perfect.
The guest house needs to invest some of it's money on
maintenance and to fix it's issues that persists (probably) for more than 2 years now.

Like home

Very comfortable rooms and very clean . The hosts are kind and they live in the same house and they are available all the time . The guest house is near the pools with mineral water and it has a great view of the town and the mountains.

Excellent service

La chambre était très propre, la salle bain également, une situation en centre ville qui permet de rejoindre très facilement les restaurants du bourg. Et pour terminer en beauté : un petit déjeuner excellent ! Merci :-)
