Top choice in Bansko for any season

Excellent choice for off the season skiing or vacation. Location is away from noise and traffic, apartments are quite big and with option for self cooking, pool is big and in very good condition. This was my second visit and definitely will come back again.

Disappointing stay – does not match online description

We are currently staying at this apartment and are very disappointed with our experience. The staff have been extremely rude and unhelpful, particularly the receptionist working on the 25th/26th named Anna, whose attitude has made our stay uncomfortable.
The apartment itself is very basic and worn. The walls have patchy paintwork, doors are peeling, and overall it feels tired and poorly maintained. We were also surprised to be charged extra for basic cooking items such as pots, pans, and utensils. When we asked what was included in the paid set, staff were reluctant to explain, which is unreasonable when you are paying extra for something. It’s misleading on the booking site that these are not included.
The fridge/freezer is faulty – the freezer compartment door is missing, meaning food in the fridge freezes even when set to a low temperature.
The only positive aspects are the pool and surrounding area, which look nice and are clean and quiet. Unfortunately, these are the only highlights. Overall, the accommodation feels more like basic student housing and does not live up to the photos or description online.
Due to the poor condition of the apartment and the lack of customer service, we would not stay here again.

Great Large Family Ski Holiday!

Great Stay! Only minor negative is the location which you need to use the shuttle to get to town, and it's not quite early enough to beat the heavy gondola queue. Ultimately you trade location for facilities which are excellent. Used the spa and pool every day, and enjoyed breakfast and dinner! Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, rooms were clean spacious and well equipped.
Would be willing to try somewhere else just to try and get to the gondola quicker but everyone is in the same position in bansko due to the gondola being the only lift up.. used paid bus from ski hire place for 2/4 days..

Not Worth the Money

I am very dissatisfied with our stay at the hotel. At first glance, everything looked great. The room seemed quite large, and there was a lovely view from the terrace. But then we noticed that in the bathroom there was a broken tile that had simply been placed there to cover the hole behind it. For several mornings in a row, we found ants in the bathroom. The hotel also tries to save on electricity, and the corridors are often quite cold.
And not to mention the spa. The hotel website says the pool should maintain a temperature of 30 degrees, but on the spa door it says 29. Guess whether it was even 29 degrees — it was just cold. The only warm option is the jacuzzi, which hardly fits more than 4–5 people. In the steam room, it’s also a miracle if there’s actually any steam.
Overall, it was an extremely disappointing stay. I do not recommend it. For the same money, you can go to much better places.

Disappointing horrible dinner is, at very hot no air conditioning The flying stars on the balcony impossible to appear the window. Absolutely not 4 stars
