Достойный завтрак. Местоположение устроило. Меня, честно говоря, удивляют отзывы отдельных туристов, которые за свои пять копеек требуют услуг на рубль. Оценивайте ваши отзывы в зависимости от вложенных средств. Данный отель по соотношению цена-качество - 10 баллов. Домашняя атмосфера семейного отеля. Организовали встречу-проводы в аэропорту. Отдельная благодарность управляющему отеля Свилену. Всё прекрасно

Ice cool for lunch

The setting is good in a sunny garden overlooking the pool.
But:
my 8 year old daughter's fish was cold with one piece still frozen in the middle. They took it away to reheat.
The dishes arrived at random over 30 minute so some of us had finished before others had even got their food.
Some of the food we ordered never came at all.
Despite the fish being sent back frozen, amazingly some of the other dishes were still served cold or frozen.
The exception was the mackerel which came 15 minutes after the rest, and had been grilled for so long it was dry and chewy.
When we asked the manager what was going so wrong, he shrugged it off by saying the chef wasn't very good.
Sadly, nor is the rest of the restaurant. Avoid.

Dovolená v Bulharsku

Hotel jsme vybrali hlavně kvůli ceně. Chtěli jsme jet konkrétně do Kraněva a na výběr toho moc nebylo. Hotel měl průměrné hodnocení, tak jsme naštěstí moc nečekali. Za cenu 400 Eur na 9 nocí se snídaní pro 4 osoby to asi odpovídalo tomu co jsme dostali. První noc nás ubytovali pod střechou, protože typ pokoje, který jsme si objednali byl obsazen. Přestěhovali nás druhý den, ale ložní prádlo a ručníky nám přendali z prvního pokoje. Druhý pokoj byl lepší, i když uvolněné prkýnko na toaletě, nefunkční roleta na okně, okna špinavá, krásná terasa, ale snad celé léto neuklizená to trochu kazily. Matrace pravděpodobně z druhé ruky, takže spaní nic moc. Snídaně průměrné, k pití pouze čaj a káva na objednání, děti trpěli, takže jsme každé ráno kupovali džus, aby se napily. Často prázdné talíře, málo nádobí, možná kdyby si nehráli na bufet a udělali snídani servírovanou, tak by udělali lépe. Jinak ucházející restaurace, večer jsme ji občas využili. Krásný bazén. Co mi vadilo byli zaměstnanci, při hodinu a půl trvající snídani neváhali sami snídat, obsazovat stoly na terase apod. Dle mého by se to v hotelu dít nemělo.

Nada sirve

Muy mal hotel.
Los acensores dañados
El aire acondicionado de las habitaciones tampoco servia
Ofrecen wifi en la habitación pero tampoco sirvió.
Pedi una plancha para la ropa y no tenian.
La cena y especialmente el desayuno malos. Poca variedad.
Nada recomendable.
