Another lovely stay at Aurelia

Another lovely stay for a family holiday in Ravda. We have stayed at Aurelia for the past four years when visiting the Black Sea coast and have always been completely satisfied with the lovely location, facilities. and with the extremely courteous, efficient and friendly staff.

A very enjoyable week spent here in very nice sea view rooms with balcony. A lovely hotel with a nice pool close to the beach, restaurants and all amenities. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially Denitsa who was extremely helpful and professional during our stay and through the booking process. We definitely hope to stay at Aurelia Beack Complex again.

Relaxing ravda

The complex is right on the beach with pool restaurant and bar,the rooms are clean and tidy,with daily housekeeping.
You can walk on the sea front there are several nice restaurants to choice from,also shops and bars in the centre.
Close to nessbar,sunny beach and burgas.

Stolen phone from our room

My parents and my son went to this hotel and to our surprise, my father's phone was stolen from their room. The reception doesn't help at all. They say they don't speak english and they laugh and aren't of any help. This is very frustrating. We don't recommend this hotel to anyone!

Отвратительно!!! Официанты сидели за отдельным столом и пили, отношение к клиентам издевательское, они- хозяева жизни, а посетители- нет слов для определения, не хочется думать, что это отношение было лично по отношению к русским!!!
