Like sailing on a ship!

Imagine... you are staying at a small, cosy hotel with a huge terrace fit for a ballroom. Surrounded by the sea, you feel like you are sailing on a ship.
In the fresh and gentle morning, you stand on the terrace looking down at the dreamy waves and smile.
Reclining on the terrace sunbed in the lazy afternoon, you feel the irresistible call of the glittering sea.
After a wonderful dinner at the nearby Restaurant Dolphin and a long walk by the water, you return to the hotel to take an aromatic cup of tea (or coffee) out on the terrace, along with the rose-petal sweets they sell here.
Looking out into the velvet night, the beauty and mystery of the dark waters of the Black Sea surround you. The moon casts a silver road on its surface, and the colourful lights of the city blink in the waves.
And finally, when you go to bed, you fall asleep to the eternal breathing of the sea. ✨
- I really hope to find some time this autumn to make a long, beautiful film and blog post about this place. They really deserve it. :) Especially because the people I met there, both at the hotel and in the nearby restaurant, were so heartwarming and friendly that it made the place feel like a Sunny Beach indeed!

Great location, needs some tlc

Marty’s smart home was in a terrific location looking over sunny beach, couldn’t ask for a better place. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout the visit, the facilities were comfortable and spacious, although lacking as the place was outdated, for example the beds creaked, missing kitchen equipment such as pans and cutlery.
Overall, was a great place to stay would definitely recommend for families who wanted to stay near sunny beach, just needs a bit of updating.

Fantastic terrace view out over the Black Sea and literally right at the beachfront!

It's an absolutely superb location with a spectacular balcony view over the Black Sea. And because the property is at the very end of the Sunny Beach strip, it is actually reasonably quiet as well. This is easily the best-placed hotel in the entire area.
Additionally, the electronic key lock is great! Just a quick 3-minute walk down to the beach from the apartment to enjoy the sands and the water - without worrying about keys or anything!
Basically, everything is nice and clean and just works. And if it doesn't (we had a bed which broke, for instance), the reception is very quick to react and fix it.
Restaurant Dolphin, right next to the property, has an excellent menu with many local and very tasty dishes!
Be aware that breakfast is not included, but the reception offers breakfast buffet tickets for a nearby hotel restaurant. However, I cannot recommend it - it is ... substandard. We ended up preferred to eat in our rooms. But the (right next door) Restaurant Dolphin has a good breakfast offering also, though more expensive and not a buffet.

Amazing stay!

Had a brilliant stay at Marty's beachfront. Extremely clean and the homes are equipped with amazing, innovative technology. The beach is right at the front steps in addition the private parking was very convenient. Would recommend to anyone.

Amazing hi-tech place

Amazing family owned place, literally 2 steps and you are on the sand (beach front) on the border of Sveti Vlas and Sunny Beach. The 2 bedroom smart home apartment was amazing, I got a few ideas myself to implement in my own house.
