3-star hotel with a 5-star heart!
Officially this is a 3-star hotel, but for me, it was a 5-star experience. Special thanks to the reception team—they are incredibly professional, welcoming, and helpful. The rooms are spotlessly clean and cozy, and the breakfast was delicious. Everything exceeded my expectations.
Special thanks to the reception team — they are amazing professionals, very hospitable and helpful. The food at Mistral Restaurant is exceptionally delicious, with an emphasis on national Bulgarian cuisine, and I am sure everyone will enjoy it. The breakfast was also very tasty and diverse. Everything exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend

Review restaurant

We went to the restaurant for dinner with the family expecting to find food according to the site, having a bad experience.
All the food was past, cold and pretty expensive for what it really was.
We paid a lot of money for something that wasn't worth it.
The poorly educated waiters and they were almost chasing us to pay for a package of mayonnaise we didn't know or pay for.

3 nights in Nessebar

We had booked a double room for 3 nights. The hotel looks ok with new furniture althought the room was not so clean. For example the fridge had dirt on it. I would have expected that they give more attention to the details (it really matters). I would rather prefer old furniture but clean room.
Another inconvenient is that if you get a room near to the main road it will be noisy.
Pro: the location and free parking.

iWas there, good location to visit the Old City

we received what we saw in the pictures, a small room, quiet, clean, with warm water; AC was workable, etc
it was a fair deal, I mean the price/value ration was fair, thinking that we booked quite late and the availability was little
for one night, the small room that we got was ok; but not for more
breakfast ....the coffee was very good, I asked for espresso and I received a real one
parking place is close to the hotel, I suppose it's also safe, and it's included in the hotel fee
walk behind the hotel to the Old City, you'll find a lot of pretty terraces, also an entertainment park, "trains" which could let you into the Old City if you do not intend to walk to much

Rude and offensive

Having called at this hotel in search of a room for a few nights we simply entered the reception, there were 2 female staff members there, I said, excuse me but do you speak English, one replied in an aggressive manner and said “no” with a most unpleasant facial expression, I then asked if they had any room vacancies at all, they both replied “no” totally rude response, unhelpful and if that attitude is what they consider to be good customer service skills then I fear they may need to go back to basics and learn some very basic manners .
Give it a very wide berth, wouldn’t stay there if it was the only hotel in Nessebar .
I’m just glad that this attitude is not indicative of the area, all the rest are fabulous,
