Great faultless stay again

Another fantastic fortnight spent at this classy family run hotel, the welcome is always great from all of the family & staff, we greatly appreciate them & all the effort they provide to make our holiday the best it can be.
Had a wide selection of meals & suitable "hydration breaks " at various times of the day during the two weeks & cannot fault any of them, quality, quantity & service was always met with great dialogue with Petco & Iva of what plans we all had for the day/evening, always a bit of a laugh & carry on, they are like your best next door trusty neighbours .
Cleaning girls are such honest hard working & so trustworthy , place is spotless which is a testament to Chivoko & his lovely wife.
If you are fit enough to walk the 10 mins or less to the main front when u fancy it, book here if you want excellent service, a more personal time to relax around the pool & loungers to suit your style / pace of holiday in a small family run hotel I can 100% recommend the Hotel LB !!

Ideal for families and older couples

Great location, everything is nearby to walk to. Nice relaxing vibe. Rooms are actually nicer than the pics online. We wanted a handy family holiday for a family of 6 so we found it very reasonable. The place is spotless, no noise at all really. The people who work are very nice, smiley, it gives a family vibe.

DON'T RAISE A COMPLAINT

The hotel, the pristine gardens and clean decor were of good standard for a 3 star hotel. It seemed to be favoured by Brits who stated they returned year after year, this clientele were middle aged folk. The manager Jiffca and his staff were particular about the appearance and cleanliness of the hotel, which reflected on the good standard. Sadly, upon the first night stay, there were issues with the electrics, in particular, the fuse box in the room whereby there was an electrical fault, this caused a sleepless night. To my dismay upon complaining at around 10 PMl, this issue raised seemed to be met with some resent, and that resent reflected on the next few days with the staff whereby their attitude towards me changed as a paying guest, this was a specific booking from Last minute, com adminteam, who booked this hotel for me, due to previous issues. I was there on business and pleasure, but the sad fact was, there was a buzzing which was an electrical fault. Hopefully it wasn't a fire risk, but nonetheless it was reported and for reporting that I was made to feel alienated and frowned upon in particular at breakfast, the next day, whereby the waitress would not speak to me. The hotel manager at breakfast that day was quite rude to me explaining that I shouldn't touch certain things which appeared he was trying to get his own back due to the complaint. I think that was a complete opposite of what you're supposed to do in that situation, this I felt was wrong and made to feel unwelcome purely because I raised the concern regarding the risks of fire etc. Fortunately, the next day it was fixed and there was a genuine fault, there was a qualified electrician who explained in his good English there was a fault in the fuse board. I was hoping that I would be treated with respect from there on. . The waitress never spoke to me at all apart from saying, I'm going to take your order now. The last evening after having a long day on an excursion I chose a traditional Bulgarian dish, but unfortunately unbeknownst to me the next day I felt unwell and wasn't sure it was too much sun. Sadly as the morning progressed and I headed towards the Airport, I realised that I had food poisoning from that dish as I only consumedwater there after. The beef dish came out piping hot, I suspect that because not many people eat this in particular, the Brits that it might have been sat around for a while which caused food poisoning. Unfortunately, my plane journey back was horrendous spent mostly in the toilet, and in the seat next to the toilet, I was not well enough to walk to the terminal. I had to be in a wheelchair due to the disorientation and the sickness etc. Due to the food poisoning, The hotel was a wonderful place, but my sleep was deprived for the entire time, I was there due to the electrics and the introduction of a neighbour next door a male German who snored the house down, I could not sleep, went out to the balcony and he snored so loudly. That's not the hotel's fault, but I try to bang on the door on the wall, which unfortunately I discovered were plasterboard not brick or Therma block, it was partitioned plaster board with no insulation in between to cut down any noise. So I heard everything, and that snoring kept me awake until 4 o'clock in the morning. I think on the whole my final days there weren't fun , food poisoning, snoring, resent, rudeness and electrical issues ruined the final days of my holiday. Unfortunately, I would never go back.

Dear guest! What you wrote are complete and untrue lies. Even half of the photos are not from our hotel. As far as I remember, you moved to our hotel due to a problem in another hotel and you were only in our hotel for two days. I don't know what you want to achieve with these lies.
