Royal Casa Villas - 5 звезд!? Да что Вы...
Удивила РАВНОДУШНАЯ атмосфера к отдыхающем. Единственным лучом света в этом " темном царстве " были ребята из Минска и Украины. Особенно хотелось отметить Дарью из Минска, действительно профессиональный менеджер 5 звездочного отеля. Надеюсь они ее ценят.
Сложилось впечатление, что администрация понятия не имеет как должен вести себя персонал 5 звездочного отеля.
Из плюсов: комплимент от отеля (вино и фрукты), при задержке в стирке одежды не взяли денег.
Питание в отеле и Елените. Не ВАУ, уровень НЕ 5 звездочного отеля, но плохого ничего не скажу. Самое обидное, что в самом Еление практически нет выбора альтернативных ресторанов (ездила в Несебр, Солнечный берег). Спасибо местному таксисту подсказал забегалавочку в минут 10 от отеля пешком, прямо таки " ГОА-кафе", где готовили действительно потрясающе.
Хотела бы отметить, что территория самого отеля - не большая, хотя кто-то пишет большая, мне это показалось странным. Но можно погулять в целом по территориям других комплексов (это как-бы единая террритория курорта Елените).
В отеле много иностранцев и местных.
В целом, скорее всего, второй раз не приеду. Переплачивать за пятерку в Болгарии нет никакого смысла.
