Perfect situation and stunning hotel with great staff 10/10

The location is perfect!
The staff are extremely helpful and attentive. The room was lovely and had a great view of St. George mausoleum.
Good sound proofing meant that the room was almost completely silent.
Free coffe and tea was an unexpected plus. Decor was stylish. Free private parking.
The major thing for us was the location and comfort, so we highly recommend!

The hotel boasts an excellent location, nestled in the heart of Pleven, within easy walking distance of superb restaurants and the picturesque water attraction Cascade. The room was immaculate and peaceful, while the staff were exceptionally welcoming and accommodating. I don't have any problems, everything looked clean and the main thing the breakfast from the restaurant was delicious. Free parking in front of the door.The price was amazing. A great stay at this hotel.

Cramped double bedroom and disappointing breakfast

Location. Very central and close to shops and restaurants. The rail  station is about 20 minutes walk away. My room included a small kitchen area.WiFi worked OK. 
The room itself was small with little room around the bed. No working light switch by the bed so I had to use one on the wall at the far end  of the bed. Shower / bathroom was a wet room and flooded outside into the small hallway. Breakfast (extra payment despite that was advertised as included in the room rate) was a little basic. Two small cups of coffee and choice of food. Mine was two slices of toast with white cheese and egg.

Hotel Splendid, Good stay.

We stayed for one night. The beds were comfortable but a bit cold from the thin sheet. There was a nice view and good parking. It is near little stalls and a huge fountain plus mini ones. The breakfast wasn't the best. There were only a few seats and it didn't taste very nice.

La posizione di questo hotel è ottima in quanto si trova in pieno centro. Le camere sono pulite, ma veramente essenziali. Buona la pulizia ed il personale abbastanza preparato. Il bagno è veramente piccolo e la doccia è praticamente inesistente. In città non c'è molto di meglio...

Mi avevano detto che questo fosse il migliore

La posizione dell'albergo è eccezionale. Il personale è molto cortese. La pulizia non è il loro forte. La colazione fatela altrove. E meno male che ho prenotato l'appartamento de luxe. Purtroppo in città ci sono pochissimi alberghi e tutti gli altri ( anche i 4 stelle) sono molto peggio. Effettivamente sono state date due stelle ma è almeno tre. Ha tutte le potenzialità per essere un buon albergo.
