Perfect apartment

My wife and I stayed in this apartment for a few days and had a great time. The accommodation is very beautiful and spacious and consists of a living room with kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom, walk-in closet and a comfortable small balcony, where in the not cold months it is absolutely possible to eat. The apartment is very well furnished and equipped with all comforts: washing machine, dryer, refrigerator, microwave oven, iron and ironing board, digital TV, large hydromassage tub and large shower. The location is located in a beautiful and elegant neighborhood, with all services very close, including the metro and tram just five minutes away on foot, means with which it is possible to reach the city center in a very short time. The area is also very quiet. I highly recommend this solution for a relaxing period of stay in the beautiful and welcoming Sofia.

The is NOT a 4-Star property. This is not even a 1-star property. Old, "Communist Style" building in a very narrow, ugly street in a bad part of town. Old, tiny, creepy elevator. No Air-conditioning, so that the summer heat demands that you open windows onto narrow, nasty, noisy alley with dumpsters. Mold problem in the bathrooms with ancient fixtures. Old musty bedspread. DO NOT STAY HERE. After leaving 2 hours into stay, they made me pay for two days. This is a rip-off pure and simple.

Great please, lovely restaurant downstairs. Only negative thing is that you could tell that people had smoked there before. Maybe make the rooms non smoking or ask to smoke on the balcony... The curtains had the nicotine colour instead of white. But the rest was great.
