MERCURE SOFIA CITY, EXCELLENT HOTEL
We stayed at this hotel for two nights. It is a very large, clean hotel with an excellent location. It has very large, comfortable, clean rooms with everything necessary: air conditioning, safe, mini bar, etc.. It has a bar and restaurant, where they serve an excellent buffet breakfast, very delicious and abundant. It is located on a main avenue, 400 meters from a shopping mall and close to the center.

Good hotel for its price
We were staying in the Mercure Sofia City and it was a great experience, the hotel looks and feels brand new, the rooms are nice, clean, quiet and comfy.
The breakfast was also good, as well as the lobby bar service.
The front desk is kind and helpful, always ready to help
The location is good as well, The Bulgaria Mall is located in less than 10 minutes walkind and you can get to the city center within a short time on a taxi
Overall a great value for the price you pay, probably will come back if i visit Bulgaria again

Decent place terrible restaurant
Overall a decent hotel with large renovated rooms, polite reception staff and good room amenities.
The location is convenient if you need quick access to the ring road.
The restaurant was terrible and overpriced, I ordered veal schnitzel and pasta, both arrived together, barely edible, and disgusting.
Breakfast was acceptable but the service was unprofessional.
For visitors coming to see Sofia the hotel is far from the city center, there is no covered parking and the parking itself is overpriced for such a peripheral location.
The hotel is expensive and not worth the price, you will find better and cheaper hotels in the city center.
