In the heart of Sofia, short walk from Vitosha Blvd pedestrian zone. They have valley parking inside the building for extra 25euro.

Pleasant stay near Vitosha Boulevard

Stayed at Hotel Rosslyn Thracia Sofia for a long weekend in early July with breakfast included. My room had double beds, a sofa, a desk, and a little coffee table. Overall well-appointed and with very good air-conditioning. WiFi was decent.
Breakfast had a good spread of ham, cheeses, fruit, plain and chocolate croissants, breads, yoghurts, juices, coffee, tea, etc.
Location was great as it was situated in a quite tree-lined street, within a few minutes walk to Vitosha Boulevard (the main pedestrian street with shops and restaurants).
It was a pleasant stay and I would not hesitate booking with this property again.

A perfect hotel in Sofia!

Beautiful hotel in a perfect location! Everything worth seeing is within walking distance from there! Wonderful room on the 7th floor with a stunning terrace. Very kind and helpful staff

Lovely hotel in Sofia; highly recommend!

We stayed here for 4 nights, and thought it was an excellent value, and highly recommend it for a Sofia stay! In particular, we liked it's very central location, which was walkable to restaurants and most sites, comfortable accommodations, friendly and helpful staff and parking (for a reasonable fee) if you're planning on taking day trips. Tip: try to book a room with a balcony (we stayed on 7th floor, which had some.) It adds a luxurious touch to have that lovely patio, view and place to relax. Thanks to the staff for making our stay so enjoyable.

This was our third time staying at the Rosslyn Thracia, and we will probably stay somewhere else the next time. Overall, it's a decent value for the money, but it's time for the owners to put some money into upgrading the hotel. We stayed in one of the suites, and the bathtub leaked a little bit onto the bathroom floor. There was also some leakage or moisture underneath the carpet coming out of the bathroom. And, even though there was a no smoking policy, there were traces of smoke smells in the furniture and linens. The hotel also now charges 15 Euro per person daily for breakfast, and it used to be included in the rate. I will say that the hotel is located in a great location, and the staff was friendly by Bulgarian standards. Our room was very big; was surrounded by windows, and located on the top level with a very nice view of the rooftops of Sofia. It was a decent value, but it's time to make a few upgrades.
