Great experience

Hotel was pleasant all together, food was good, plenty of options. The highlight was the adult activities that were held daily but a great team, they are all very friendly, approciable, very knowledgeable. Big thanks to Miguel, Tangey and the team

Do not visit this hotel

Cleaning horrible, pool horrible,staff horrible,restaurant and food disaster,pool food disaster,beach 10 min walk,nearest shopping 28 min walk and taxi 7 min costs 70 lev t / r = 400 SEK and it is very expensive in Sunny beach the hotel is old and very disgusting room and the restaurant serve the same food all the time and you never see steak or lamb just pork and disgusting salad and dessert and poor children who get very bad food

Very good, but can be improved easily

Nice experience staying at this hotel. We were 7 people (2 families). Kids loved it. It's not the best hotel, but the value for money is great. What we liked: staff, pool, cleanliness, food (most of it; pizza is a big hit at snack bar), ice cream, parking, general vibe, no towel reservers at the pool (there are still many free sunbeds available after the breakfast).
Things that I did not like: AC - terrible. It was barely functioning. If you want a cool room, this is not for you.
Things that could be improved: better breakfast/dinner menu - crepes was something we (our kids) were missing.

Exceptional value for money

Everything was above expectations, we were a bit worried reading some reviews but our experience was fantastic.
The hotel was exceptionally clean, and thoroughly cleaned everyday, the food was good, 2-3 main courses, 3-4 side dishes, fish everyday, fresh salads, veggies and fruits, we always found something to our taste, the kids too.
the drinks were decent, the beer was cold and to our surprise, the pool had great water temperature, which we NEVER found in Bulgaria! The water is usually terribly cold in the pools, but not here, this was the best surprise ever. There are more than enough sunbeds, and the kids pool is fun even for adults
The all inclusive part is great, you can always find drinks or a snack during the day.
Quiet at night and confortable, big enough, beds. I've read people complaining about air conditioning, we had no problem whatsoever, it worked perfectly.
A bit far from the beach but we enjoyed the walk everyday, it's a nice one trough the wild sand dunes (stroller friendly). The water is shallow enough at the beach so kids can safely play in.
Exceptional value for money.
We marked this vacation as a great one and plan to return.
PS: There's all you can eat ice cream at lunch and dinner, the kids loved it even tho we didn't let them eat all they could eat and they even have animation for kids.
