Find another hotel!!

Poor hygiene in the dining area. Tables in floor level, hair in the food, spindle tissue in windows, dirty and dirty and broken edge, snacks from 14-15 were just lunch extended lunch. , say machine noises constantly. thin walls, noise at night, carpets not a hotel worthy. Pool chairs places very busy. Shower in pieces, however, was quickly made. Spindle tissue was removed after prosecution. But what does the kitchen look like?
Those of the staff who could English listened however and tried to be friendly. But I just thought they thought I was that I was annoying to listen to.
Good trip The weather was magnificent

Stay far away

“Worst vacation ever – avoid at all costs!”
I visited this so-called all inclusive hotel in Bulgaria in July with some friends, and I’ve rarely experienced anything so disappointing.
The food was raw and unappetizing – several times we were served undercooked chicken, and the fish smelled like it had been sitting out in the sun. It was absolutely disgusting, and we ended up eating out despite having paid for all inclusive.
The service was terrible. The staff were rude, unfriendly, and looked like they hated their jobs – and us. You felt like a burden just asking for something as simple as a glass of water.
As if that wasn’t enough, the cleaning was absolutely awful. The rooms were dirty, the floors hadn’t been cleaned properly, and the beds had stains on them. The toilet smelled horrible all the time.
All in all, a total disaster. I’ve never mentally checked out of a hotel so fast – we were counting down the days until we could leave. This place shouldn’t even be allowed to call itself a hotel, let alone all inclusive.
Stay far, far away!

Horrible place…

Honestly a horrible hotel. The food was so bad, and the chicken was raw. The manager(blue haired‍) was the most ragebaiting staff member i have ever witnessed. She would not take any responsibility and she blamed it on everyone but herself. The cleaning was also very bad.

Terrible experience, would not recommend

I had an extremely disappointing stay at this hotel and would strongly advise others to look elsewhere. From the moment I arrived, the staff were unfriendly and clearly uninterested in helping guests. Their attitude was cold and at times downright rude, which made the whole experience feel very unwelcoming.
The cleanliness of the room was unacceptable. It was obvious that proper cleaning had been neglected—there was dust on the furniture, stains on the bedding, and the bathroom looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in days. I felt uncomfortable the entire time and couldn’t relax in such poor conditions.
The food was honestly the worst part. It was barely edible. Everything I tried tasted either bland or spoiled, and I actually felt sick after one of the meals. It was clear that no care had been taken in preparing or serving the food, and hygiene seemed to be an afterthought.
Overall, this hotel completely failed to meet even the most basic expectations. Between the rude staff, filthy rooms, and disgusting food, I regret ever booking a stay here. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.
