Lovey hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. There is a good choice of pools, although the indoor one was closed during our stay. The sea is not too far of a walk.
The gym is non existent however which was disappointing. The spa has a good selection of equipment and treatments.
Overall, Golden Sands looked unkept with rubbish everywhere, despite regular rubbish collections. Also, a lot of the pavements were uneven and with damaged tiles which made walking to and from the beach difficult. It’s a shame really.

Displeasure!!
Unfortunately my stay at Hotel Sunrise, Golden Sands was extremely disappointing. I left this vacation feeling frustrated, exhausted, and convinced that I wasted a significant amount of money on a hotel that did not deliver what it advertised as an Ultra All Inclusive experience.
We were a group of 11 people, so we spent a considerable amount of money at this hotel. For that reason alone, I expected to be treated with respect and professionalism, but sadly, that was not the case.
The food was one of the biggest disappointments. There was almost no variety, and every day the buffet offered nearly the same dishes. The desserts were exactly the same every single day as well. The only difference was that they poured a different colored sauce or cream on top to make them look different. Unfortunately, the taste remained the same. It is unacceptable that in an Ultra All Inclusive hotel you have to spend extra money eating outside or even go to bed hungry because the food is simply not good enough to eat.
Another major issue was the staff. I don't want to say that everyone was unfriendly because there were a few polite employees, but most of the staff did not behave professionally. The lifeguard and the security guard were especially rude. Instead of speaking politely, they often raised their voices and treated guests with little respect.
Most employees were also unable to communicate properly in a language that international guests could understand. They frequently spoke to each other in Bulgarian while looking annoyed and making unpleasant facial expressions. Of course, I cannot know exactly what they were saying, but their attitude and behavior made us feel uncomfortable, unwelcome, and disrespected. In a hotel that welcomes guests from many different countries, I believe staff should be able to communicate in English and treat every guest politely.
The room itself was also disappointing. There was no hair dryer, which I consider a basic hotel amenity. The balcony windows were dirty, the towels were torn, and the bed sheets were too small for the mattresses. Throughout the night I was worried that the sheet would slip off under my child, leaving them sleeping directly on an old and dirty mattress.
The beds were absolutely terrible. The mattresses were old, dirty, worn out, and sagging so badly that sleeping on them felt like lying in a hammock. Because of this, I slept only about three hours each night and returned home with severe back pain. I have taken photos of the mattresses and will attach them to this review.
It is incredibly disappointing to save money for a holiday only to be treated poorly, sleep badly, and return home more tired than when you arrived.
I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. There are definitely much better hotels in Golden Sands, and everyone who works hard for their money deserves clean rooms, decent food, comfortable beds, and respectful treatment.
This was, without question, the worst hotel experience I have ever had.

Exceptional staff,Happy kids,Amazing memories.
We recently stayed at hotel sunrise in bulgaria and our experience exceeded our expectations.
The staff were exceptionally warm,kind,helpful and welcoming througout our stay.they truly made us feel at home from the moment we arrived.
The housekeeping team left a particularly special impression on my children.they were always so friendly when interacting with them,and the way they made the beds each day became something my kids looked forward to.seeing their excitement every time we returned to the room was priceless.the smile on their faces said it all!
The Kids Club was absolutely amazing and deserve special recognition.there were so many fun and engaging activities organized everyday that my children were never bored.a huge thankyou to the wonderful team for keeping them happy,entertained,active(football) and creating such memorable experiences
The restaurant staff and waiters were also fantastic_ always smiling,attentive and friendly.they even noticed my children wearing football clothes and took time to chat with them about it,which made the kids feel really special.
Overall, everything met and even exceeded our expectations;a big thankyou to the entire team for making our family holiday so enjoyable.we would happily reccomend Hotel Sunrise to anyone looking for a wonderful family vacation especially with kids,and we hope to return in the future.

Best Animation Team
We had a lovely holiday at hotel sunrise! The experience was only improved by the cute animation team that gave life to the hotel and created a good atmosphere with daily activities led by Elly who was the boss of the theme!! They get 5/5 stars

Amazing Holiday Thanks to the Animation Team!
We had a wonderful stay at Sunrise Hotel in Golden Sands! The hotel is clean, comfortable, and located in a great area close to the beach. The food was delicious with a good variety of dishes, and the staff were always friendly and helpful.
A very special thank you goes to the animation team, especially Presi, Eli, and the boys. They brought so much energy, positivity, and fun to every day of our vacation. Their activities, games, and evening entertainment created an amazing atmosphere and made our stay truly memorable. They are talented, professional, and genuinely care about the guests having a great time.
