It's not 5 stars.
BUT:
1.Very far to 5 stars. Some towels are worth something, old and shabby.
2.No air conditioning in the room worked. The Master never came. Every day they talked tomorrow.
3. The worst part is, for almost a week, closed the inland pools for prevention or repair without warning...
If it already happened (in July!!!!), should have given some compensation, not say it is what it is!
4. Dinner could have just tap water.

Vacation with children
The room was large and the bathroom was well equipped.
The spa area and pools are very nice.
The food was perfect and the staff was very friendly and motivated.
