Exceptional small boutique resort in the immediate vicinity of the famous crab market.
Super friendly staff, quiet and well appointed bungalows.

A beautiful place, quiet and warm, to settle with family and discover the region

We had a great time with family at Sabbay Kep. Already the place is very beautiful, with a well-flowered and wooded park, spacious, clean, well-equipped and quiet bungalows, and a welcome swimming pool to relax at the end of the day. Moreover, the bar is really nice, upstairs, to land quietly, and the restaurant is really very good. The location of this hotel is interesting because close to the famous crab market, the seaside promenade and the beach, the Kep Nature Park, and allows easy jumps (by scooter for example) to Kampot, pepper farms, caves with pretty temples...
And then Sabbay Kep is also Fred, who manages this hotel, and who is really very friendly, available, playful and good advice to organize your days. A beautiful meeting:-)

Very nice accommodation

Super friendly manager, good advice regarding visits in the area. Beautiful bungalows and lush surroundings. The pool is also very nice

Great spot with Fred very nice even when we wake him up at 1am:-) and always stays in a good mood
The garden is beautiful and the staff always at your service
