Regarding the Hotel Location: We understand that the surroundings are an important part of the guest experience. While our location is often appreciated for its proximity to key attractions, we will certainly take your comments into consideration and work on improving the security and comfort of our guests, especially at night.
Noise from Music: We are sorry to hear that external noise affected your stay. We will communicate with the neighboring establishment to address the noise levels and also explore ways to improve soundproofing in the rooms to ensure a more peaceful environment.
Room Cleanliness and Condition: The condition you describe is certainly unacceptable, and we deeply regret that this was your experience. Cleanliness is a top priority, and we will be conducting a thorough review of the housekeeping and maintenance processes to address the issues you’ve mentioned, including stained furniture, walls, and bed linen.
