Really nice

Found this hotel from bookings.com and as it was very good to stay but the struggle was only one person speaks English but overall was amazing.

Room clean, bed comfy. Easy check in. Lift only goes to 4th floor so had to walk up the last flight of stairs, room is basic and a little rundown. Good aircon.

The hotel was clean. The staff was very friendly. Had some small problems with the television but they fixed it fairly quickly. All in all pretty good Hotel.

Look for better value

Seems to improve then gets worse. Lift is usually out of order, meaning if you need to access higher floors you're out of luck - indefinitely! Staff are condescending, uncooperative and generally indifferent. A hotel with pretenses well beyond what it can deliver in service and customer satisfaction. Go next door to the Silver Mounts - slightly more expensive but vastly better value in every respect!
