Clean room, staff who speak good English we managed to understand each other and they are really kind and attentive. City centre 15 minutes walk away. Very pleasant swimming pool.

The hotel is nice enough, but many things needed repairing, the sink fauset and the toilet seat were loose, the walls in the vathroom were dark and the door was so crooked, hehe, but all in all the personelle made our stay fine. The first day, we got so little food for our breakfast! But the next day it was a mix between ordering a special menu and buffet, so it got better.
The sheets smelled clean but they had spots that made them look dirty, unfortunately! But we had to air cons in our room and it kept us cool, very nice!

Lovely hotel and pretty pool area. The rooms are big and the shower was good too.
However, when we went there was a power outage in the reception and then the water went off twice while staying there.
Furthermore, we never received our welcome drink and the bed was so hard - possibly the worst bed I've ever slept in. I genuinely have bruises on both hips from laying on my side.

The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. They were quick to address any concerns I had and provided helpful recommendations for things to do in the area. Overall, I felt that the staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable!

Our wish was granted. Despite our late arrival, everything was ready for us. The room was the perfect temperature upon our arrival. Room service was prompt. We will definitely stay there again on our next trip to Siem Reap.
