The staff were welcoming, kind, and professional. The only feedback we have is that the road is off the main path, and may need to help install some lights to help with visibility at night, and the location to be visible for GRAB drivers for pick up / drop off. Would recommend to friends and family! Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

A rebranded hotel outside of PP. the rooms were great, but the pool was a bit cold as it was early in the season. It’s out of the way, but that makes it quiet. The free tuktuk was helpful but be mindful that it only goes to a single central location. Unfortunately, the air pollution was bad because the farmers were burning off the rice. That is out of the control of the hotel, though.

The hotel was very peaceful and lovely ambience. A bit out of town, but that is what we wanted. The restaurant was adequate, the cocktails also ok. The free daily trip to town by tuktuk was helpful. Be aware that they only take you to a central location. Anything more than that you need to pay.
Not the hotel’s fault but Jan/Feb the air quality is not great due to the rice fields being burned. There is no air filtration in the rooms.
