Intimate luxury
I would never have found this place on my own and still couldn't find it again. Our tuk tuk driver was always there for our comings and goings. When he took us there after picking us up at the airport, I thought it must be a mistake ~ how could all of this luxury be under $100!? It wasn't even an upgrade! Figuratively speaking, it is breathtaking.
We were fortunate to have this entire resort to ourselves but since there are only about 5 rooms the chances are likely the experience will be the same. I loved our room's spaciousness, design, view and lux bathroom. I now want my home to be the same. Strolling the gardens and pool area was so peaceful and serene at all times of day. Then there is the staff ~ friendly and always ready to make your day with their genuine smiles.
Don't miss the opportunity to have this place to yourselves.

Scam
rebooked a room abt 1 mth in advance. The day i chk in the person who was at the door said this is not a hotel.
Later on he spoke to another person in there and came bck telling me, ok it is a hotel but all rooms are full. He told me to leave.
I was struck with my luggage & ruin my tour package timing.
Horrible hotel. The worst i have ever come across after yrs of travelling.
After i manage to settle for another hotel i chk the internet & rooms are still available. Suspect it is a SCAM.
Later on he spoke to another person in there and came bck telling me, ok it is a hotel but all rooms are full. He told me to leave.

An absolute toilet
Honestly one of the most infuriating and disgusting “four star” hotels I’ve ever had the misfortune of staying at. This is a new location in Siem Reap and I’m actually 90% sure all the positive reviews are fake in an attempt to get this stink bomb of a hotel off the ground.
For starters, the bath water was yellow and smelled so bad that after you showered or took a bath the stench of dirty water stuck to you. That’s not even the most disgusting part! The most disgusting part is that a child urinated in the pool in full view of the staff (and his parents) and no one did anything until my husband told him to stop.
The hotel is in a remote location and is actually mislabeled on google maps, making getting to or from the hotel a nightmare. Some of the other reviews mention “in house tuk tuks” that will take you anywhere you want. That is a lie. I never saw any such tuk tuks there during my stay and when I asked about them, the staff looked at me like I had three heads.
There are three staff on site, only one of them speaks any amount of English. The other two just blink at you in confusion and do things like hand you towels when you ask where the toilet is. It took the three (extremely stoned) staff upwards of fifteen minutes to bring us a fork.
The food is appallingly bad. Picture something worse than Applebee’s quality and also slimy. This combined with the bad location makes the food situation 100X worse.
Overall, avoid this place like the plague. There’s a reason they are so much cheaper than similar types of rooms in Siem Reap. Don’t give them one cent of your money. They aren’t worth it.

Great Stay
We had a very nice family stay over Christmas. Our room was great and had everything we needed. The pool and bar were also fun. Breakfast and food were also perfect. Friendly staff and great rooms. So nice...Thanks everyone.

Hidden Gem just outside city centre
Brand new hotel that offers high quality rooms & service. Lovely outside area and very peaceful.
Breakfast is really big and offers lots of choice.
Drinks at bar a little high but they do some special offers.
We stayed in a very large room with balcony overlooking the pool. Room was well equipped with excellent quality bed, mattress, pillows & bedding.
Staff were polite, professional and non intrusive.
Pool is clean and offers sun beds & towels.
Free tuk tuk to the vibrant & lively centre which is about 15 mins away.
Pub street & night markets.
Be aware Road to hotel is not yet finished so a little bumpy.
Breakfast is really big and offers lots of choice.
