No flexibility or cooperative support from management as travel plans needed to be shifted one week late.
Charged full no show fee although I asked to postpone for one week.
Never setting a foot in any African Onomo again.

The staff at the reception made me pay in cash a "tourism fees" of 7156 fcfa that corresponded to the exact fees that I already paid. She did not take the time to check my invoice. And the invoice showed the double payment clearly. I intend to discuss this amount.

Not GOOD AT ALL. Regrettable stay, high price for unruly furniture and spacing. I will not recommend any one to this hotel. The gym in a small old hotel room with only 3 dis functional equipment, the pool area looking so abandoned ! Dark corridors and broken doors. Poor WiFi circulation etc. Even driving into hotel front facing will let you destroy your car. ONLY thing good is the break fast… the rest is just a financial scam.

Except for the excellent lobby and buffet everything else is below par. The rooms are way too small and designed like student rooms. Water runs out of the tiny bathroom when you take a shower. The room is so tight that you can hardly move around. I think it's more of a transit place to pass a night.
