Overall a nice hotel, clean, easy check in. One possible reason for not returning is we needed a roll out bed for one of our kids. The mattress was essentially a bunch of metal springs covered in a sheet. We have never seen anything like it. We got charged $20 for something that is not considered a bed. The regular beds were comfortable.

Room was mediocre-bent legs on footstool, bent lamp, stand, and broken, hard to get towels for the Spa pool area they never seem to have them out except for once out five days
Parking is not easy. It looks like the place has been under construction on the ground floor for years with nothing finished so there is no room to park in there. You have to park from one into the other of a very long parking lot.
Food is good. It is a white spot restaurant runs separately from the hotel. It looks like.
Staff were doing their best, but I don’t think they had much to work out and they were only on duty to clean every two or three days for longer staying guest as we were five days, so they said they wouldn’t be available unless we asked
The place is tired and rundown and obviously they’re low on money as shown by the long-term construction barriers that were up with nobody working

Convenient and comfortable place to stay. Although right on the highway, our room was very quiet as we were on the back of the hotel. Kuerig machine was a nice touch and we found it to be very central for our trip.

I keep coming back to this hotel for its exceptional value to quality features. The staff are amazing with special shout outs to Jim and Hannah who have both gone above and beyond to ensure my stays have been amazing. The pool and hot tub are superior ( clean/modern/ good temperatures) and I often have them to myself. I am coming back in a few weeks with my best friend. The hotel and staff make up for the not so ideal location.

Hotel was great! My room there were no blind or curtains to pull shut to block out the light. It kept me up all night.
