Super experience at Juniper Hotel
Excellent location- just far away enough from the downtown crowds, can hike right out the back up Mt Norquay, and could walk to Cermilion lakes to catch incredible sunrises. Bike-able and walkable (about 1km) to town, or free hotel shuttle was avail. SUPER service, from Carolina at front desk to Hoe the shuttle driver; we felt welcomed and appreciated! Excellent view of mountains, trees, and far-away sheep even from the “cheap” rooms. Elk and nesting owls on property. Beautifully and consciously landscaped. Restaurant was superb!
Only downsides: room a bit tight, and hot tub could be bigger and/or another one on-sight.
But, would stay again for sure as well as highly recommend.

Exploring Banff and National Park
Excellent hotel just on outskirts of Banff, but within walking distance and hotel had electric bikes to borrow, which was ideal for getting around the local area, which was stunning. Hotel had everything you needed and staff had exceptional knowledge of the area, where to go and what to do.

Why you should book at the Juniper...
We booked our visit to Banff at the Juniper Hotel for our honeymoon and had the most incredible experience! The staff are extremely knowledgeable about endless activities to take part in during your stay and can also help you book those activities right at the front desk.
The Juniper also has some amazing amenities that are included with your stay! Such as mountain views from the outdoor hot tub, e-bike use to get you around the town of Banff easier and quicker! And free shuttle services to get you from the hotel, to Banff Avenue and back safely at the end of your night.
If I have any pieces of advise when you book here it is this, book a ground level room! You will not regret it.
The Juniper also has some amazing amenities that are included with your stay! Such as mountain views from the outdoor hot tub, e-bike use to get you around the town of Banff easier and quicker! As advertised.
The Juniper is exactly as described and advertised. No surprises and no disappointments. Staff is friendly and helpful. The highway noise can be an issue for some, but did not bother us. The view of Rundle Mountain is magnificent.

View from the Juniper is out of this world
Location is handy to the town. About a 30 minute walk or you can use the bikes provided to cycle down
