The room is a good size, clean, quiet, bed comfortable, bathroom clean, functional. Poor initial impression when you arrive at the motel as the main sign is dilapidated and broken.

Very dirty, room hadn’t been vacuumed, dead spider in the shower, property was very unkempt, sign was totally broken ( if driving by, you might even think this motel was abandoned). Police were there for some kind of dispute when we returned after grabbing some dinner. Stay away.

Aggressive and telling me they didn't have my reservation from Booking. False. I slept under the stars.

A regret staying here

Half this building is under renovation. They put on the run down side. There’s no pool. They supposedly haven’t used theirs since Covid. Our tv had no remote and was unusable. One clerk brought us a second tv with a remote. Our microwave also never worked and was returned by myself in person. It was never replaced. Halfway through our week our light and power cut out in the kitchen half of the room, including the fridge, which made all of our food inside go bad. We reported it early today and are still waiting for them to follow through. We’ve seen at least 3 spiders in our bathroom. The bed we had was so uncomfortable that I had to take out my air mattress that I luckily packed. They were able to give us only one extra pillow which isn’t much help for two visitors. I do not understand how this place is a running business. I’m hoping for a refund of some sort.

The motel was in a great location between old quebec and all other nature walks. The hotel looked run down, but the rooms was ok and just right for the one night stay on our road trip across eastern quebec.
