Terrible Customer service

We booked a room at this hotel, but when we arrived there was no one there to check us in. We called the number we had, and they told us to go to the third floor and knock on room 301 to get the key from someone named Branden.
We carried our luggage up three floors, but no one opened the door. Then we called the number listed for the hotel on Google and spoke to a woman named Ivy. She was extremely rude and disrespectful. She told us that it was not her problem, that she was 8 hours away from the hotel and could not help us, and even said that if we booked a cheap room, we should go book a more expensive one instead.
This was especially upsetting because I am four months pregnant, and we had just driven 14 hours from Vancouver and urgently needed a room to rest.
This was the worst customer service I have experienced in Canada. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

. Dirty, dirty, dirty !! Do not stay here!! The worst hotel I have ever been at, I felt like I was at an hourly rate Dirty, dirty, dirty !! Do not stay here!! The worst hotel I have ever been at, I felt like I was at an hourly rate sleaze place or a homeless shelter place. The dirtiest hotel you will ever see with Broken glass doors at entrance, Filthy rooms that are not cleaned and just recycled, The sheets even looked like they just flipped it over on the bottom and left the top dirty, The bathroom is filthy with no soap or shampoo in the shower And a tiny bar of soap on a dish that was never cleaned from the last person or 10. Zero stars if I could possibly rate it such!!! sleaze place or a homeless shelter place. We didn't need much so we didn't complain. But it was not very clean and quite run down. I don't think it's actually used as a hotel much anymore.

Did not see one person on staff. My room was propped open when I got there.
There were bugs all over the floor, both living and dead. The pull out couch was nasty, so dirty.

Stay away for this hotel advertisement says bar and restaurant but close rooms are horrible
