Beyond five stars for this day, highly recommend this hotel

I was here on a trip from 14 February to 4 March and it was absolutely the greatest hotel so clean the friendliest staff. It looks like Italy very beautiful very posh on the inside very affordable and I am just telling you that the staff is the most incredible staff I’ve seen in my life, just exemplary of service and kindness, and I just have been just so completely blown away by their service and their the facility the professionalism They are just the most incredible place so every time I come back to Brampton, Ontario this will be the only place that I booked my hotel stay!!! Excellent job

The breakfast is minimal, to say the least. If you want eggs etc, pay $8 extra. No complementary water in room. The room is not central AC. Individual AC's in the room. The AC in my room was very loud and cooling not effective. Housekeeping staff need better training. The only elevator in the hotel not always working.

Our waitress was the sweetest ever her name was Colette. Food was amazing . Beds looked bigger in the pictures. The pull-out couch was not cleaned properly. No pool. Overall okay stay

Clean & safe place to stay. The continental breakfast is very limited, you need to pay (& wait) for eggs, etc. which makes the hotel seem to be on the cheaper side. Otherwise it was a good stay.

Not for travelers suits local which is a lot hanging and staying there too, no fitted sheets just 2 flat sheets pee stain on the mattress pad, bed is VERY uncomfortable. I regretted ever booked this hotel
