Lighting in the bathroom could be brighter. There needs to be another mirror over the desk area, so women can put on their makeup and do their hair while someone else is in the bathroom.

Never going back

Terrible. Let’s start with the hallways. They were filthy! Carpets hadn’t been vacuumed in who knows how long, and weren’t while we were there. Housekeeping finally finished our room a half hour after our check in time. Rooms basic it felt like a dorm. One bedside table and one bedside lamp. Cigarette Burn in the couch! A cigarette burn people. C’mon. Wife wouldn’t let me put clothes on the couch because it appeared so ratty. In the morning a nice big black bug scuttled across the floor and my wife said if she had seen that the day before we would have been gone!!!
Terribly disappointed in this establishment and would NOT recommend. The people seem nice but the level of cleanliness and care was lacking, extremely. On the upside, the bathroom was clean and the shower was good. But extremely overpriced for the value of this place. Never again. I don’t usually comment on places unless there is a real need to. I feel that this place needs a real wake up call.

Without hesitation, staff were helpful for storing bicycles overnight securely. Clean rooms were appreciated too.

We rejected the room shortly after check in, as there was visible food waste and insect feces on the mattress under the sheets. Asked for a refund, but can’t even get an email back from the hotel.
I don’t generally leave reviews, but this was beyond the pale.

Room had some odor. Sofa and chair had bad stains on them. TV pretty old and tv resolution very poor.
