Excellent stay & experience!!

This has been one of the finest “homes away from home” we have ever experienced. While hotel buildings may resemble one another in many respects, the Courtyard by Marriott Burlington stood out for its sparkling cleanliness, welcoming atmosphere, and exceptional comfort.
Ms. Kim at the front desk is a true ambassador for Marriott. Her warm welcome, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality were positively unique and immediately made us feel at home.
Our experience at the coffee shop was equally impressive. Stephanie and Liliiha managed it with professionalism, warmth, and confidence. Their efforts were clearly directed toward one objective: ensuring that every guest felt comfortable, valued, and completely content.
The housekeeping and room attendants on the second floor were also remarkably attentive. Whenever they saw us, they immediately asked whether there was anything we needed in our rooms. That level of initiative and genuine concern is increasingly rare. I regret not obtaining their names, as they fully deserve to be recognized and acknowledged as well.
After meeting and speaking with Ms. Mila Thomas, the General Manager, everything came together. Her professionalism, leadership, and commitment to hospitality are clearly reflected throughout the team she has built. A strong leader’s values often become the culture of an organization, and that is certainly evident at this property.
Kudos to the entire team at the Courtyard by Marriott Burlington! I frequently advocate for these very principles of leadership, service, and organizational culture at business schools, and it is refreshing to see them being delivered so naturally, consistently, and without constraint.
Our four-day stay has been truly exquisite, memorable, and thoroughly enjoyable. Thank you to Ms. Thomas and her entire team for making us feel so welcome and comfortable.

Good option for Burlington and Oakville

This is the second time we have stayed her while visiting from the UK. The rooms are clean and neat and a decent size. The standard coffee making facilities, fridge, ironing board and iron.
The restaurant on the ground floor serves good standard food (we didn't have breakfast).
All the staff were polite and helpful and the housekeeping was efficient and done promptly.
The hotel is located adjacent to the 403 so allows easy access to downtown Toronto or Niagara in the opposite direction.
It's a decent hotel, reasonably priced and certainly better than the near by Holiday Inn and Staybridge Suites.

A Very Good Stay

We were just staying 1 night unfortunately but this turned out to be agreat stay.
The hotel is conveniently located just off the QEW highway beside the Burlington Convention Centre. Check in was efficient and very friendly. Our room was clean, bright and spacious. The room was very modern and well designed (e.g. the safe was located in a special cabinet off the floor so it was easy to use without getting down on your hands and knees).
We had a good sleep as the mattress was comfortable and the hotel was quiet. If you are looking for a good place to stay in the Burlington area, this hotel is highly recommended.

Wonderful

It's a lovely place. Immaculate, friendly, great amenities, quiet, inviting.... I could go on. Kim at the front desk was great. Highly recommended.
Two things to note: (1) I had no idea that bibles are still placed in hotel rooms. Didn't they stop this years ago? I rarely open hotel room drawers, so I don't know. But in this day and age, in a very multicultural place like Canada, it's presumptuous think that anyone would want to encounter Christian literature, of all things, in their hotel room. In any case, I've written to MB to ask them to stop this. (2) Starbucks: Yes, they serve Starbucks, which I love. But remember: this is a hotel and they charge hotel prices, not Starbucks prices. I paid $7 for a tall. Caveat emptor.
