It was a short stay. We were unable to get reservations in Kamloops and the
Sandman Cache Creek helped us out. I had an appointment at the Kamloops
Hospital this morning and staying in Cache Creek gave us an easy commute into
Kamloops this morning and we are safely back home now. Room was clean - we did
not have time to check out the restaraunt but look forward to that another time.

Do not stay here

We stayed here for one night on a long road trip. We were looking for something on the cheaper side but clean. We thought we could trust a Sandman and the pictures made it look good, but we were wrong. This hotel is very rundown. What they are asking for in rates is way too high for what you get. As we arrived, early by the way, but exhausted from the drive, we were met by a very rude employee, Cheryl, who made it very clear we were not welcome there until check-in at 4pm. We understood and left and came back later, but after the day we had it would have been nice to have been spoken to professionally.

Great staff at check in but rooms could do with a big upgrade and it is rather noisy in a morning.
It's ok for a quick stop over but that's all

Old
School motel experience. Lots of surly camp workers staying there but staff super friendly and room was clean and well kept. Added bonus of being able to sit by the large creek running through the back of the property. Definitely will stay again.

Bulldoze down this property

As we pulled into the parking lot we thought oh my goodness it’s a slum. This was a total catfish. The pictures on the website depicted a nice updated hotel that was clean and looked like a pleasant place to stay.. that was not the case at all. It was disgusting. Our stay there lasted approximately one hour when we decided it would be better to get in the car and drive three more hours rather than stay there. When we mentioned to an employee at a nearby business that we were staying there they make a horrible face and immediately give us suggestions on other places that we might consider to stay. My daughter is disabled and this place is not handicap accessible at all as we were told it was. Shame on corporate Sandman hotels for the deceptive, misleading advertisements, write ups and pictures. Do not stay there.
