The only thing that wasn’t great about this hotel was the pullout bed otherwise it was beautiful and the staff was amazing:)

From the moment I walked in, this hotel was amazing. Friendly staff. Outstanding lounge. Nicest room I’ve stayed in years. This hotel is top notch!

I had stayed there mainly because of the hotel’s close vicinity to the hospital. I required specialized medical care there. I booked online through a third party and was unaware that in doing so I wouldn’t be eligible for the medical discount. While there the elevator broke down which was quite inconvenient. I asked if they would consider the medical discount due to the difficulty I experienced having to do 6 flights of stairs, hotel refused to consider it.
I also feel that the cost of the rooms warrant the the lobby offering some free perks eg filtered water, include breakfasts, a coffee machine that provided alternatives like lattes, cappuccino etc.
