Amazing stay at Homewood Suites by Hilton! The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The suite was spacious, the bed was very comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.

Not upto Hilton standard

The hotel was total letdown. As a Hilton Diamond member, I expected a level of service and recognition that was entirely absent during my visit.
I received no upgrade or acknowledgment of my Diamond status. Furthermore, housekeeping service was almost nonexistent, and the issue was not resolved even after I complained. When I raised a concern about room service and dirty dishes left unattended, the night manager dismissively responded, "We are just human, we do what we can." Really!
The dining and amenities also fell short of standard expectations. Breakfast is served in the lobby right by the entrance door, which creates an uncomfortable environment as individuals outside watch guests eat. Additionally, during a major soccer game, the bar was packed and presented a clear revenue opportunity, yet there was no staff available even to sell a bottle of water.
While I understand the hotel's downtown location ensures a steady stream of leisure tourists, the lack of basic customer service makes it unsuitable for business travelers. This was my first and last time staying at this property.

Amazing hotel but they need more staffs at the front desk. Tried phoning for shampoo and nobody was answering. Long line up for check in . The buffet needs a bigger place as gets packed with guests . The surrounding is not too safe as lots of homeless and addicts.

One night stay, but staff were extremly helpful and welcoming! Breakfast was great the kids loved the options. And the recommendations from the front desk staff were very helpful!

Nice hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast buffet. Comfortable bed and spacious room. Walkable location but there were a lot of homeless people in the area and this is the only reason i didn’t give 5 stars. We stayed here to walk to the Stampede which was great but wouldn’t likely stay in this area on a regular occasion.
