Overall, very satisfied

Nice little hotel right by all of the great shopping malls, LRT station close by and amazing restaurants. Great price and clean rooms with all of the amenities you would find in an expensive hotel.

The room was very okay. Budget friendly for sure. Clean enough but smelled of stale smoke. Hotel staff were helpful and came and sprayed some disinfectant. Pool and hot tub were clean and nice though and the breakfast was very nice.

This is a clean place with really great people. It's been updated. It's really hard to get rid of the old cigarette smoke. So anyone sensitive to that should be aware. It's also an old building. The noise made it really hard to sleep. Our bedtime ended up being when the neighbours finally went tucked in.

Breakfast was upstairs and a nice selection; however, quite inconvenient location and would be impossible for someone with mobility issues as there is no elevator. Pool was good. Location is sketchy. Parking lot gets jam-packed; and one side is quite difficult to get in/out of stalls when large trucks are nearby. Parking signage not enforced. Room and bathroom spacing was small. Shower had amazing pressure. Biggest problem, the room smelt like pee - and I mean horribly like it - and needed a huge deep clean. The lamp was broken and finicky, would randomly change light from brighter to lighter or flicker. We would definitely never stay here again.

Overall, a good stay. A bit disappointed that the Kimg room was nothing more than a double room with a bigger bed. It seems newly renovated, and the breakfast was very good.
