Green oasis

A B&B in a tastefully restored Victorian house with a garden that you probably won't find a second time in this area that is so lush and well-maintained! The host, Philippe, always has an open ear for his guests, many good tips, and an excellent breakfast! We were just passing through, but would have liked to stay a little longer in this relaxing place.

A great Homey experience!

A lovely older house that has been converted to a Bed & Breakfast. The owner, Phillipe was very welcoming and made sure everything was in place for our stay. He provided good advice about dining in Campbellton. The gardens around the house are amazing ant Phillipe takes great pride in caring for them and describing them to any visitors interested. Phillipe also provided a great breakfast!

Very nice guest house in Campbellton

Napier House is a very welcoming guest house, and so nice to stay there for a few quiet days. The garden is beautiful and the small terrace, balcony, which overlooks it allows a super pleasant break. Philippe is very caring and offers a delicious breakfast. We highly recommend this Bay of Heats address.

Philippe the owner of Napier house excels at hospitality and his property is a delight to stay at.

As retired former award winning innkeepers we have a lot of knowledge and experience about hospitality. Napier house has got it's act together and offers a great stay!
The property has an amazing British garden as Philippe the owner is a very talented horticulturist. We were personally met and checked in and shown our top floor suite, which was spacious with a well equipped kitchen. There are sofas, a dining room table + chairs, two great queen beds with great mattresses, good pillows and linen. A newly installed wet room has a great shower, Most importantly the house is quiet and we slept well.
The breakfast is prepared and cooked (if required) fresh and there is no prescriptive element. The breakfast time is flexible and most of the ingredients have either been grown by Philippe or made by him.
There is a small deck at the rear of the property on the second floor where you can relax and take in the view of the river basin and surrounding hills.
The property has an original shabby chic feel and offers a lovely individual stay. Finally illustrating Philippes care for his clients; he went to pick raspberries and upon his return he found us and offered us a small bowl of them to taste.......
