Nice, clean & accessible to everything

We booked a couple nights here as it was close to Waterton and the Road to the Sun. It was a nice place to stay as the staff were friendly and it was very clean. The pool & the hot tub were the cleanest I've been in when traveling. Highly recommend.

Good stay in Cardston AB

This was my first Canadian stop on my Alaska "bucket list" trip. The South Country Inn is quite a pleasant first stop. The receptionist was quite friendly and helpful, my room was clean and the beds were comfy. The location at the end of a hall was quiet. There are a couple fast food restaurants and a market within a two minute walk. There was an indoor pool (which I didn't have the pleasure of using). Should I come this way again, I'd definitely stay again at the South Country Inn.

Comfortable & clean. Some refurbishing is due. Staff & management friendly, and helpful. Waterton NP 40km west (25mi)

Stressed and we didn’t have the same rights

They put me and my family through a lot of stress and put us in the chipset room they had right next to the office and micro managed us the whole time we’re there and my grandma broke down crying and they took turns standing near our room to see if we were to loud and complained cuz my and they wouldn’t allow me and my 11 year old nephew to swim most of the time and my grandma is handicapped and she had to go all the ways the other side of the building to smoke and she had to go down a flight of stairs and then go have a smoke and there were other tenants who are there orientation and they were allowed to run around and scream down the halls all night and they never told them anything me and my family wanted to pay for a few nights and they told us to eff off

Last visit.

I have coming to this motel twice a year for over two decades on my annual trip south for the winter.It definitely is overpriced but I use it as I do not want to cross over to the U.S. at Lethbridge. This winter all three of my credit cards had expired in March/25 so I was using my debit card. The lady at the front desk refused to accept it so I had to drive to Claresholm where I found a motel at half the price that was happy to take my card. I will definitely never be back here.
