Clean, friendly staff and a very quiet pleasant experience.

I had a wonderful experience at the Grand Hotel in Carleton Place, Ontario.
Hotel was clean and appreciated I did get to check in early as well.
Staff were all friendly, helpful and I had a very quiet pleasant experience.

The first room we had the shower leaked and sprayed over the shower enclosure. We looked at another room that had a similar problem. After that they upgraded our room. It was frustrating to have to move all of our things after we unpacked however the staff was nice and accomodating.

The room was very disappointing. It was very tiny and for a deluxe room. It did not have any decent chairs in it. It was very, very small and shabby.

Mattress was due to be changed, Could feel where other clients where sleeping before you. I had trouble turning in the bed because of that. It was a bit uncomfortable. Surfaces where a bit dusty and sticky, Other than that, the staff was amazing.

NOT AIR CONDITIONER....WARNING

At the moment that I registered, the desk front, they.never mentioned they do not HAVE CONDITIONER , I pass a terrible during the night...And I leaving in the morning...thanks good. Thats not fare
