Quaint, secluded, quiet.

We had a great stay with Joe and Linda in this secluded location. We have stayed here several times. Great breakfasts with fresh fruits and warm muffins. Very accommodating regarding breakfast preferences. We had a pleasant evening under the stars by the firepit.

Charming, comfortable and uncomplicated

I chose Joe Lin Station because it is close to the Brimacombe ski hill which is where the Spartan Sprint race was being hosted. I wanted to be able to relax and sleep well before the race and not to have to rush the morning of.
I arrived later than planned because of thunderstorms in the area but Linda was up and waiting for me when I arrived. My room was on the main floor and I had sole use of the bathroom right across the hall from me. The room was charming, with sketches on the walls, a television concealed behind the mirror over the dresser and a view of the grounds.
The other guests were all part of a group who were also running the same race so it was a lucky chance for me to compare notes and tips over breakfast. Joe cooked breakfast and it was just perfect in quantity and quality: french toast with maple syrup, sausages, fruit, yogurt, muffins, juice and coffee or tea.
When I booked, I was looking for a bit of peace and rest and I got that, as well as friendly, easy conversation with Linda, Joe and the other guests. Joe Lin Station is a physically comfortable, clean and charming place and it is also as welcoming and emotionally comfortable as a visit with old friends.

Nicest hosts; clean, quiet, and comfy; minutes to race track

We have stayed at Joe Lin's at least a dozen times on race weekends over the past few years, and have always had a delightful time. Joe and Linda are personable and knowledgeable about the surrounding area; breakfasts are always delicious. Highly recommended!
