Excellent stay for a solo traveler since the skytrain station was within walking distance. The room was clean with traditional furnishings and tbe bed was very comfortable. The staff was great. This hotel wasn't my first choice because I wanted to be closer to the cruise port, but I saved money on the hotel stay by booking a little farther away. There's an on-site restaurant and bar and also some nearby restaurants. You do have to beware of the Vancouver traffic (I'm from LA so I wasn't too bothered by it) but overall, it was a pleasant stay. I'll definitely stay here again.

Horrible experience with the reception staff during check-in. They almost refused to give me my non-refundable paid room because there was an issue with the name on my reservation, despite having all the matching proof of my booking and payment. I had to stand there for 10 minutes to explain it. I have booked many hotels before through this same account and never had any issues until this hotel. Also, most buttons on the TV remote weren’t working, so we couldn’t watch a movie. The room was great and clean otherwise.

Wish I'd had more time to try the pool. The view from my room was amazing. Staff were friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back.

Clean room, everything was fine, staff were so nice.
I always expect hotels to have flip flops and toothbrushes available though, that is why I am giving 4 stars, everything else were good.

I have stayed in this property a few times. It is because I like their underground parking which is secured and convenient. I don’t use other facilities because I don’t stay in the hotel most of the time. The only thing that I think the hotel management needs to look at is their room make-up or cleaning staff. Last time I stayed there for 12 nights and I usually left the hotel in the late morning or around noon time. There were two days that my room was not serviced even though I hanged the “make-up room” sign outside my room door. And also there was a time when I asked for more shampoo by writing and leaving a note in the bathroom, but at the end, I didn’t get extra shampoo.
